When the sound on the phone is too quiet to hear, try setting the speaker volume in the “Advanced Settings” menu to boost it three times.
| The Calling App and Landline Phones in Each Area |
You can call from the calling app on your smartphone or PC to the landline phones in other areas. Also, an extension call from the landline phone is available. For example, the app can call a landline phone in the Wako area by dialing 91-xxxx. Conversely, the landline phone can reach the app by calling 98-xxxxx. Due to existing equipment specifications, please note that the phone will not notify the number for calls between areas.

Due to system modification on April 19, 2024, “Anonymous” was displayed when transferring a call from RIKEN’s main phone line in the Wako area to a phone application extension number, but the caller’s phone number will be displayed from now on.
