In order to use Postman WebMailer (SYNCDOT), your web browser need to be configured to allow pop-up windows from Postman ( postman.riken.jp ).
Here we show you the examples on how to allow pop-ups for your selected website.
 

Google Chrome 6.0.472.63 for Windows

1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.



2. Select “Options”.
3. Click the “Under the Hood” Tab.
4. Click the “Content Settings…” button.
5. Click the “Pop-ups” tab in the “content setting” dialog box.
6. Click the “Exceptions…” button.
7. Click the “Add…” button.
8. Enter the server address “postman.riken.jp” in the “Pattern” field.
9. Confirm that the “Action” field is “Allow” and click “OK”.



10. Click the “Close” button.
11. Click the “Close” button.
12. Click  the “Close” button.

The settings for the pop-up blocker completed.

Try going Postman Web Mailer ( https://postman.riken.jp/ ) after restart Google Chrome.

Google Chrome 6.0.472.63 for Mac

1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.



2. Select “Preferences”.
3. Click the “Under the Hood” Tab.
4. Click the “Content Settings…” button.
5. Click the “Pop-ups” tab in the content setting dialog box.
6. Click the “Exceptions…” button.
7. Click the “Add…” button.
8. Enter the server address “postman.riken.jp” in the “Pattern” box and click “Done”.



9. Close the panels.

The settings for the pop-up blocker completed.

Try going Postman Web Mailer ( https://postman.riken.jp/ ) after restart Google Chrome.

Mobile Safari

1. Select “Ssttings”
2. Select “Safari”
3. Set “Block Pop-ups” to “OFF”
