Sharing group files via the Web

• Uploading shared files : Upload files to be shared between group members to the server
• Downloading shared files : Group members download the shared files

Uploading shared files

1. Access https://briefcase.riken.jp/, enter the User ID and Password of group account. Click [Login].
2. On the File List screen, click [Upload] in the left sidebar.
3. Select the file from the File List screen and click [Upload] at the bottom of the screen.

Note: If the latest version of Java is installed on your computer click the D&D icon. Drag and drop to upload files and folders.

4. The file is now uploaded.
   The uploaded files can now be shared by all users.

 

Downloading shared files

1. Access https://briefcase.riken.jp/, enter the User ID and Password of group account. Click [Login].
2. Click the name of the shared filed on the File List page to download. When the pop-up screen appears, click [OK].
